I have been practicing Ayurveda, for the past 15 years and am a Gold medalist at BAMS, SJSAC, Chennai.
I have been formulating and preparing authentic Ayurvedic medicines at Amruthakala Ayurveda, for 15 years and I am a HOD Associate Prof-Dept of Prasooti Tantra and Stree Roga (Ayur Gyn Obs) at SDM Institute of Ayurveda and Hospital, Bangalore.
As the department head, I have indulged in constant research of ayurvedic medicine studies, the best journal papers are published in AYUSH, International Journal of Indian Medicine. In my efforts to bring Ayurveda, I have also co-Authored 2 Educational E-Books on Female Infertility.

Women today are multi-taskers & Adventurous. In all walks of life, she is faced with challenges of the modern world and lifestyle difficulties which imbalances the subtle nature within leading to Painful menses, menopause stages, Obesity, and her overall well-being.

Pregnancy has become a major challenge across the board, This is where Ayurveda has become a boon to mankind. The science of Ayurveda is more relevant to modern lifestyle challenges. My profound experience with teaching and practice of Ayurveda for the past 16 years has laid the foundation for “Amruthakala Ayurveda”.

By nature of severity I have treated more than 250 cases, Depending on the severity I Have adopted Natural, Integrated medicine, Completely ayurvedic prescription. I have treated cases from India and Abroad. To provide the best quality Ayurvedic medicine to the world and also to establish fast-acting unique Ayurvedic Formulations, established AMRUTHAKALA AYURVEDA, an Ayurvedic Pharmaceutical company in December 2020 and launched 5 products. The medicines launched are in use by many doctors since 14yrs and are well appreciated.
As a consulting Dr, I have many requests for being a guest speaker on webinars, Awareness Programs, and resource person in training.
